I'm taking a break from cleaning up and was reading up on another stock I own, what's interesting is they have an interesting way they are looking to uplist to nasdaq.
Curious if we might do something like this. They are working on acquiring distributors in every state plus overseas. They have a few already wrapped up.
That is the similar part. UNVC acquires clinics plus whatever else may be coming(several companies have been listed before).

Basically you have the parent company UNVC.
Acquisition #1 and Acquisition #2 under UNVC

Acquisition #2 decides to IPO
Shareholders get equal amount of shares of Acquistion #2.
Once listed Unvc and acquisition #1 moves under.
Now we have shares of UNVC and Acquisition #2.

This could happen multiple times giving us shareholders shares in multiple companies.

Anyway, that's my rambling thoughts for today. Now back to cleaning.
