Yes. That is my understanding of it.
The RO test in simplified terms… is like this.
Say CytoDyn tells the FDA we have a factory and we want it to fill water bottles up. Maraviroc says the same.
We know that our measurement of that water bottle will be 99% filled (receptor occupancy), and therefore we can run the factory.
Maraviroc has to have someone there to see every bottle through. It’s almost like they can’t have a factory because the water bottles will be 25% full or even overfilling at 120%. It would be a disaster and water will be all over the factory. It would be unsafe and not as effective as our factory.
It’s about precision, safety and efficiency.
