"What will be different...in accomplishing a quorum?" We, for starters, maybe this time the brokerages will actually forward the votes THAT WERE CAST instead of withholding them as they did last time.

There really needs to be an investigation as to why so many of us, with accounts at four brokerages that we know of, had our votes NOT sent in, even though we voted. How can there have been this same problem coincidentally in so many brokerages? Could it be that the agent who is supposed to collect and count them somehow magically "erred" on this?

I double-checked my votes in all accounts, to be sure that they are shown as VOTED. I suggest that people check again while there is still time to make sure that they are counted.
