Completely agree...as has been said, maybe Doc's lawyers are advising him to be quiet because of the potential impact of the forthcoming news.? Either way, Doc's being quiet, and not selling shares (there's no Form 4 on Edgar following his Form 144 in October). Everyone sees the PPS is creeping down and down. Doc's not "waiting for his opportunity to sell" once this gets down to 5 cents...he knows the stock will not go back up until something significant happens...when it does, it's going to go back up big time.

My suspicion is that he has been telling us, while he could, things over the last few years that were coming and then executing those things . Now that tangible things are happening, he is not divulging anything until the 8(k). Just a guess...
