Facts:
1. PPS for GNBT (and NuGen)
2. NO 10-K filed for either company
3. No explanation for either 1 or 2 from management
As Kevin Bacon said in A Few Good Men - "Those are the facts, and they are undisputed."
The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Say what you want about Moscato, but "loyal shareholders" deserve, indeed have earned, more than what we have received.
