Fife is likely selling. I know it's a broken record but he's still getting shares and his MO is to start unloading them after he receives them. It's just the price of doing business.

The price probably rose in Sept because the S-3 hadn't been declared effective so Fife wasn't getting shares to dump but now that he's getting his monthly allotment again, he's selling again so downward pressure is being exerted.
