I must seem like the eternal optimist with what few posts I share, and my wife would certainy tell you I am with this particular investment, but I don't think the value of a BTD for TNBC can be overstated. There are truly lives at stake with this one, while I suppose one could say with Covid and HIV that there is not such an obvious urgency because there are other helpful drugs or pills and just get your vaccination...So conspiracy theories aside, this is pretty much death much sooner than later for the unfortunate women who get this. Given the prior BTD already given out for Sacituzumab, and the relative improvement suggested by Leronlimab's early results at a very similar point in drug development and # of patients, again with fewer side effects, it's hard to consider a reasonable path the FDA could follow and NOT approve Leronlimab for BTD. Unless we're being misled by the data released thus far (which I strongly doubt is the case), there would certainly be a stronger case for conspiracy if BTD is not granted, and even quickly. We shall certainly see, but it must be a tough consideration for a short-seller or even a seller of shares owned right now given the possibilities with BTD PLUS all the other things going on with Leronlimab right now.
