Ah, so that’s why Closet et al stepped up their attacks last week, bc the garbage $100m deal they tried to bludgeon NP with was their only hope to salvage their IncellDX investments. Makes sense.

They can choke on that $100m if they wanted the IP as collateral (which no doubt they did).
