"Gilead paid 21 billion for 240 million shs of IMMU or $88 ps. So what sense does it make for Gilead to buy CYDY for whatever price if this would amount to the loss of the capital paid for IMMU? This is how I would look for a potential buyer. What will be their losses on capitals already invested if they buy CYDY?"
The REAL question is, What will be their losses if they DON"T buy CYDY?
Once approved, Leronlimab will be a giant growing expanding out-of-control wrecking ball for much of Big Pharma. Gilead writing off a 21 billion dollar mistake now and tendering a CYDY buyout will be chump change compared to the permanent loss of revenue for Gilead and other BP's going forward without Leronlimab in their portfolio.
Whoever controls Leronlimab is the winner.
