"The elephant in the room is this question: why did Amarex INTENTIONALLY screw up our BLA and this was going on for years right under our noses!!? It’s a miracle that Recknor and co. say they can fix it."

It's highly likely that at some point rogue elements in the Amarex leadership took part in one of the conspiracies to sabotage our company. This follows from the recently published information from the communication between the FDA and Amarex regarding the BLA filing, the history of CD12 trial (doses and DSMB), and the Amarex/Gilead connections of the 13D group. LL presents an existential threat to the largest chunks of the US pharma business which is one of the main pillars of the current system of power/money, largest political lobbyist, inseparable from banking and military-industrial complex. This is as 'too big to fail' stuff as it comes. To think that those One Percenters who own this country will be passively watching their powerbase being threaten, while mumbling sanctimonious mantras about 'conspiracy theories' is to be in the ostrich kind of denial of this reality.

"What are odds Cydy gets acquired like Scott Kelly suggested and at what price?"

Gilead paid 21 billion for 240 million shs of IMMU or $88 ps. So what sense does it make for Gilead to buy CYDY for whatever price if this would amount to the loss of the capital paid for IMMU? This is how I would look for a potential buyer. What will be their losses on capitals already invested if they buy CYDY?
