I disagree as if the new book value is $3 per share for example. There is no way anyone is going to able to buy shares at .07 to .10 and turn around in 2 hours and sell at $3.
If anyone wants to buy shares at .07 to .10, they need to do it before the 8K.
This is how I understand it is going to happen.
UNVC currently is a "shell"
Once the 5 companies are rolled into UNVC with a valuation of around 4 Billion dollars (as we already know that based on 2020 HRI is independently valued at 1.6 billion dollars), there is no way people sitting on the sidelines will be able to buy shares at .07 to .10.
This is all my opinion.
Anyone can disagree.
