Zolis, we are both assuming on this. That's the problem 
It would be nice if neither one of us had to assume and we had answers. 4 months into this and neither one of us knows what is happening, except that Joe is having fun, while we are wondering the good or the bad in what is happening with Generex / NGIO. What we do know though is an IND was supposed to be submitted and 30 days later an approval was supposed to take place, but has not happened and no trials, so either questions need answered or it has been rejected or it has not been put in. So, those are the answers. We just dont know.
With everything else, it's up in the air. But as we get closer to the end of the year, we get closer to things being pushed to things moving into another year.
