The IND being filed is speculation. We know they intended to file an IND around July. We know it would be considered accepted in 30 days unless the company recieved guidance from the FDA otherwise.

I know Dawson James told me the IPO might be September or October but likely November.

Still as far as what we know from the company, we have a Pre-IND and a lot of "we hope" and "we plan" etc.
