Management is fully aware whats going on. I don't think they are that stupid to leave their investors in the dark whether its good news or bad. I think they are just waiting for NGIO to get listed on the Nasdaq which I anticipate will hopefully happen before end of the year. The IND file is good news but we really need NGIO to get listed to get the PPS to skyrocket which is why management is still quiet this whole time.
