What I find odd is that the email from Nader directing Amarex to submit the BLA next week no matter what, and the BLA was actually submitted 3 weeks later, April 27. So Nader told them to submit the BLA and a Week later, Amarex had to be telling Nader that it was not ready and it eventually was not submitted for a couple more weeks. So, what was the back and forth discussion? Looks to me Nader was bending to Amarex not being done.
A second odd thing is that as this was going on with the HIV BLA, Amarex was kicking off the covid trials. If Amarex was known before to be not getting the job done for HIV, why were they running covid trials for us? My guess is that Cytodyn must not really known the scale of Amarex was screwing up until the RTF and thought Amarex was fixing things? Maybe we trusted what Amarex way too much?
