While I see your point, I still wonder who at CYDY was responsible for telling Accounts Payable "Yep, all good, pay it all in full" for so long.
As you said, "Years and years of collecting payments, for what?" Didn't ANYONE look at anything that Amarex was allegedly doing? ANYONE?!?
I still don't get why no one here seems to want to hold CYDY accountable for anything, EVEN if Amarex was completely ineffective. To quote the classic film, Cool Hand Luke, "What we have here is a failure to communicate."
