Excellent synopsis. Just a couple of comments from the peanut gallery.
1. BTD potential for cancer basket trial, mentioned by NP.
2. LL crossing the BBB was first discovered by Jonah Sacha from his macaque studies. I don't believe Patentson had anything to do with that.
