By no means do I believe that Gilead has an inside track to B. However in comparison to other BP, Gilead has something quite valuable to lose….the Remdesivir franchise. I believe that gives them quite the incentive to secure B. But if B is what we think it is, they will have plenty of competition/deep pockets vying for the B franchise!
