I agree with the general concept you describe and most of the details. UNVC is the publicly traded company. Doc's private companies are the meat of the investment to be merged. Doc gets liquidity to buy other companies via stock sales, which he reinvests and makes UNVC better. The question is: when? Hopefully right now!
