Sorry for my misunderstanding but with the talk about spacs how could we be involved with a spac. If we merged with a Nasdaq spac it has to be private companies. If he did this with his private companies it would dissolve unvc shares as Nothing would be rolled into them. I think doc meant UNVC was going to act as a mini spac for our companies to merge into and our financing would come from shares he sells as we saw with 144 for finances. We're not involved with a Nasdaq spac, but rather I think he meant UNVC is our spac as its a shell for the acquisitions and shares as finance. Correct me if I'm wrong but unvc rolling up companies would follow the same process as a spac so that's why he highlighted how they work.
