Finally someone using critical thinking. I too think that it will be all of Dr Daltons combined private companies potentially forming one company possibly under the name of Wellness Corporation. This one company will then reverse merge with Univec. A SPAC as you stated, seeks out private companies to bring them to a public market. A company I’m invested in did the same thing the end of last year, timed to start the new year as a new company after the merger. This in my opinion is the fate of Univec. 2 months left in the year… merger… 2022 start as new company. The momentum started at the end of the year will push into 2022. I don’t believe we see Nasdaq this year but early next year within the 1st quarter is possible. All in my opinion.
