Why I believe Naked Short activity exist in the OTC
Knowing the nature of many , illustrates the evil of some. So there are several factors that suggest that NSS are present, even though near impossible to detect mathematically.
Allow me to present my reasoning:
1. The behavior between NASDAC and the OTC should be identical , it doesn’t appear to be , why?
1.1 the SEC protects NASDAC - but not the OTC —IMO
1.2. Small businesses are easier prey to bankrupt - which is a need / target for NSS
2. When LE , a number of years ago announced his intent to convert to NASDAC , there. Was a concerted effort to. Crash and burn this company. LE learned, TG.
2.1 IMO it was COVID that saved the day for IP. My opinion here is weak.
3. If NSS efforts fail, in that this stock does what we expect, then they will bail by buying at 5 and cover at 7.
4. NS entities have enormous financial resources.
LE gaining wisdom in this Wild West OTC environment will probably a real factor in who we partner with and how soon LE does it.
