Golly, what a surprise. Agenus says the FDA showed favoritism to Merck, just because the FDA granted Merck approval for another use for Keytruda, just hours before Agenus's superior drug was to be voted on -- and then the FDA told Agenus to forget it.
Oh, did I mention that the FDA approved Merck's drug with NO new data, 4 months before it was scheduled for review?
