So let's look at this from a different perspective, Craig.
Why do you think NP was directly or indirectly at "fault" for any of these three that you've listed below? Please don't say it's because he's the CEO and the buck stops with him. I'm looking for examples of what NP should have done differently, because as I recall, he wasn't sitting back and not involved with pushing these forward and doing everything he could as the CEO.
BTW - there's a difference between being "responsible" and at "fault".
