This morning on fintel, there were 15K shared to short at one institution. Dropped from 550K the close before

BTW, that is not the total number of shares available to short. It's just the shares available to be shorted at a leading prime brokerage.
But a good indication of what's happening.
So someone(s) woke up this morning and decided they were going to short Verb. Scare investors in hopes that the price keeps drifting down and then they cover .15-20 lower for a nice 7%-10% gain.
But maybe forgot shm this week and pre-earnings announcement coming. Maybe they were too busy wrapped up in the past to notice?
Oh, unlike the OTC, you have these institutions that get in the way a fun an games on the NASDAQ. So the shares shorted this morning were covered higher. Brilliant!
