Ah!! That's the beautiful part about all of this!! I CAN sell all of my shares AND still vote to SCREW YOU!! Why? Because, all shareholders who were eligible to vote on the Day of Record (September 1) are allowed to vote. Therefore, my current holdings could be zero shares. How's THAT for a big "FUCK YOU?"
