They sniffed out an opportunity, from the 10Q filing, to keep their takeover bid alive, and keep pressure on the share price (through uncertainty). At the very least they can make the company pay more legal fees. I find it frustrating that we are in a financial position that allows us to be kicked around, and taken advantage of. Hopefully, that will change soon.
