While it would be easy for Doc to say "We're in a quiet period" (he has said "Silence is golden"
), I really do not think he will give us a date for when to expect PR. I agree a bit that Doc may be somewhat old school and not talking to shareholders regularly. On the other hand, he has been tweeting for years about his Dark company, so he knows how to communicate.
I really think the Q3 financials for the private companies are being completed, and once they are, he'll sign all of the pre-prepared paperwork to roll them up and issue an 8k and PR. Time will tell...
