If we are in some sort of "quiet period" I don't think it would be breaking any rules if doc came out and said, "We're in a current quiet period until such-and-such date. But after that big PR is coming." That would at least inform us of the reasons for the silence and calm our nerves. At this point silence is unnerving and puts forth the impression of confusion. And this may sound selfish, but my only motive with UNVC is to make money...simple and true!!
