of course there should be no payments to these institutions and gatekeepers whatsoever...but reality is they are a part of reality. you can have outright total exposure of these bribes and no one does a thing about it. all FDA CDC BARDA etc employees need to come from academia and not from pharmas that have the most obvious conflict of interests in mind, and when these people retire from these agencies, be barred from flipping back into these pharmas. the commingling of these people is corruption on a silver platter and we all know it. as gangsta as it gets with zero reprocussions. therapeutics have been ignored and NO severe critical therapeutics have been approved 2 years into this nightmare. especially none from small pharmas and mercks crap is about to get shoved down our throats. as corrupt as possible.
