No, I don't believe that one can be held accountable for a difference between what they say under oath versus not under oath, again, unless what they say under oath is a lie.
Hearsay, just FYI, is an out of court (not under oath) statement offered for the truth of the matter asserted, but hearsay is not a crime the way perjury is.
