Perjuring oneself in (finite terms) law""... has central meaning in "under Oath"...which I did not imply...both words have layman (street) versions (perjury can also be charged in saying or writing) i.e email accounts. I was merely suggesting his off Oath emissions are in direct conflict with his Oath emissions...and wondered if he could be held accountable judiciously.
