Craigakess… who says anything is screwed up? Until we here the some news on Wednesday we don’t know anything and all that has been said or filed is really speculative at best. Just because some statements stated questionable issues in the court filing doesn’t mean Amarex is guilty. You know the proper saying and I don’t want to insult you but “innocent until proven guilty.”

Amarex may of made some mistakes but until an audit is performed by a neutral CRO we don’t know any severity of any claims so far. Let’s hope that all data is usable still. I am happy that Dr. Recknor is looking out for everyone’s best interest and things are suspect but making bold statements isn’t what we should be doing until it’s all out in the open for all to see.
