Just on the other side of things, has anyone posed the question as to who from CYDY was supposed to be monitoring what Amarex was doing (or in this case, allegedly NOT doing)? Seems like quite a lot slipped through the cracks, as if there was no CYDY oversight of Amarex if EVERYTHING is so screwed up and $80mm was spent.
