Someone who understands the CRO relationship with it's sponsor, should weigh in on oversight. Sunclouds???
Maybe we were too trusting that our CRO/Amarex was doing the job they were paid to do. Maybe we should hire a specific person involved in just oversight.
Beyond looking at this in retrospect, and correcting it so this doesn't happen in the future, not much more we can do.
During most of our trials we didn't have Dr. Recknor. Now we do. He discovered the negligence (or more) by Amarex. So maybe we had stuff slip through the cracks, but it seems like it's been at least partially rectified by hiring Recknor. But wouldn't be opposed to a specific person in charge of oversight.
