I don't think you'll hear an argument against investigating Amarex from anyone, except their janitor kgromax
Amarex has been screwing us with our protocols, choosing the wrong people for our DSMC, and so much more. Negligence by Amarex at a minimum.
Do we get our $80M back plus damages? Hopefully, but that's for thr court to decide.
If anything was falsified that will likely come out during the lawsuit. If that did occur, it becomes far more than negligence.
