ANY Proxy fight brings a halt to investor positive sentiment...the unknown is tough to speculate...my sense is that the general investor group (retail) is looking for a win in that column...
IF that happens I would expect a rise above $2.00plus...and by the time we visit this again...IF it emerges...we will likely be a pharmaceutical company impregnated with a stellar record of accomplishments and far too robust for activists.
