I am more interested in the views on what people think will happen if the 13D loses the case and are kept off the ballot. Will the SP go up or down?
We are well past the record date so couldn't they have already been selling?
So, shouldn't the SP go up because this drag on the price will be gone?
I have not really heard a convincing argument either way on this.
