CTMedic: Many thanks for posting Dr Recknor's Declaration. Upon review, it strikes me that it builds a strong foundation to establish both irreparable harm and likelihood of success on the merits. These are the 2 most critical elements to establish entitlement to injunctive relief, which can also take the form of a Writ of Mandamus that would require Amarex to turn over the data pending a trial (or settlement) to resolve disputed issues between the parties.
