So the former 13D gang of miscreants just filed a supplement to their proxy statement this morning that shows they are still against increasing shares while knowing we need to raise the authorized share count to raise funds that are required to continue our trials and pay the bills. It looks to me like they're not confident in getting their proposed directors on the BoD and are now focused on driving CytoDyn into bankruptcy.
