If I was the CEO of Amarex, I'd make sure the data is complete and organized ASAP in case the judge rules they give immediate access to CytoDyn. Otherwise it legitimatizes CytoDyn's case against them and increases the odds of awarding CytoDyn a significant amount for damages.
