I've been wondering whether some of those have deals to buy into IncellDX contingent upon the takeover of Cytodyn. I don't think Rosenbaum would leave himself on the sidelines. From the wording of the SEC filing exposing IncellDX relationships a contingent deal would not have been listed along with the rest.
