IT is my understanding that when a court "Orders"...and gives attorney fees to the plaintiffs and gives the defendant 48 hours to turn over the files from a Master Agreement that is in place ...that would be a DETERMINATION of the will of the court. I reread it...and that's what I see...didn't see proposal... as any part of the language.
