I don't believe there is any court finding at this time. I think the document the CTMedic posted was a "proposed" court order. In other words, it is what CYDY is asking the court to rule.

At least, that is what the document says on its face.

But, CTMedic's post got 28 likes, so maybe I'm mistaken.
