Over your last two posts, the thing that started a bell ringing in my in my head was the proposal for management and I would throw in our BOD to put up 30 million shares to raise funds for our near term needs. Without my having to go all "research nerd" today, is it within their power to trade their stock for warrants to be exercised at a future date at precisely what the company got out of the sale of their stock?

Hell, $70 million may very well fund the trials and/or production that send us to the promised land!

Is it kosher with SEC reg's?
