We don't know that the gamble was "insignificant" yet. It sure isn't to the people who were buying at $7, $8, $9 because some smiley CEO with limited experience was insisting how the BLA was about to be filed, CD10 and CD12 were basically slam dunks, and CYDY was about to become a revenue company.
