I missed it, but shows as a flash at 1200 CST on volume of 58,619 that traded during that minute.
Seems impossible to have a $.20 flash drop on such light volume.....other than only a 10% difference, it reminds me of the flash dip to $.055 on 2/11/2019 when it was trading in in the $.55 range. This was an invalid fat-finger error that is still posted to the tape to this day and likely what occurred today IMO, but posted as $2.00 instead of $2.20. Thank goodness it didn't post as $.22.
I recall trding trying to get the $.055 corrected as the share price was directly tied to Fife dilution and he likely received shares based on 15% dilution to $.055 instead of $.55 (or whatever the low share price was within 20 days of the requested payment at the time).
