Although this may be true, at no time does Eric state hea filing the form 10 after addressing the legal issues.
All he states is it ipens up the possibility and that its their plan. Not that they actually and definitely do it.
So thats an issue bc he remains non-committal to filing the form 10.
When he actually states he's going to do it, then let us know.
