The last 2 legal issues only need to be addressed, not resolved. Lewin needed to be resolved (and it was in fact settled). Daisy Winters and Uptone only need to be addressed. Uptone is already addressed now. Three down, one to go (over the next 2 weeks) and we get our Form-10 and everything else (S-1 and Myflix)
