That is why they want Squires to step down as CEO and put someone there who knows how to file SEC filings.
Question for you.
Go back and read the filings that were filed this year,
Point out anything in them that would cause them to be 3 years late.
If Squires could not get routine filings done in a timely matter" because of the auditors" what makes you believe he will get the auditors to sign off on a S-1.?
